I have waited over 30 days for my warranty refund after - andeeburnett07

I have waited over 30 days for my warranty refund after selling the car I purchased at Bisbee in Danville VA. I have called and messaged requesting my refund and a call back and have been completely ignored. I am on disability with stage 4 cancer, as they are aware, and I truly need this money at this time . I also have a voicemail from Bobby the sales manager threatening to file charges against me with the police because I took my car home after the trade we were working on fell through. To clarify, we traded, I signed papers and left with a different car. Days later I got a call that finances did not get approved and the rate was much higher. I declined and returned their car. Bobby had put new tires on my car. I was told by Taylor Bisbee that Bobby was mad about the money the tires cost and was insisting I pay them 1400 for the tires. I declined and did not agree to that and I took them their car and took mine home. I got a voicemail saved from Bobby saying he was going to press charges against me for not paying my service bill I was provided and taking my car. I was not provided a bill , he would not even speak to me when I went in with the salesman to get my keys so I could leave. I did not know why he was so rude at that time but Taylor Bisbee called me and stated he was upset about paying for my tires and the trade not happening. I have since requested my warranty refund multiple times , because I sold that car and was told during the trade at Bisbee I was owed a significant refund on my warranty purchase, thousands of dollars. I have called and messaged repeatedly for over a month and have been ignored. I called and messaged Taylor directly . I have sent messages through Bisbee website asking for an urgent call back because it’s been over 30 days and I haven’t gotten the refund and Taylor Bisbee will not answer or return my calls. My next step is to post this review and post on Facebook and Danville business page and hopefully get their attention and get the money they owe me . Any help is appreciated in this matter as I said I’m on temporary disability and out of work bc of stage 4 cancer.

I recently leased a Pathfinder from Loyalty Nissan of - mjm910

I recently leased a Pathfinder from Loyalty Nissan of Short Pump. More specifically, I chose the car because of my salesperson: LOGAN HODNETT. She built a rapport with me because of her loyalty to me. The process took a week because she was so thorough with satisfying my needs first and foremost. She answered every question I had and she solved all of my needs. Her concern for me was genuine. I felt that my concerns came first, not the dealership’s or her own. For an entire week, she worked tirelessly on my behalf. LOGAN HODNETT put me first. She found the exact car I wanted and she personally traveled to bring the car back to me in Richmond. She proved that her agency was to me. I recommend LOGAN if you are in the market for a car. Her timeless efforts for me were evidenced by her professionalism and the dogged determination to get me the exact car I wanted to lease. Logan’s sales manager, Trevor, must recognize her value as a team member. Moreover, her efforts made me a Loyalty of Short Pump family member for life. Sincerely, Michael Monaghan.

It was such a nice experience when we went there to look - myrclark

It was such a nice experience when we went there to look at vehicles we went back to make a purchase. Every associate and manager we met was very helpful and knowledgeable. No haggling and pressure is a big plus. They went out of their way to make it an easy, pleasant experience and that we were satisfied. We had a car shipped in which was an easy process and any issues we had with the vehicle are being taken care of with ease. Their customer service is great! I will say and this is a CarMax issue not really the dealer if you complete your information online and go over it again for several minutes over the phone the process at the dealer really should be quicker otherwise why do all the pre but just a suggestion. Overall we are happy and love our new vehicle!!! We would definitely shop and buy there again!

CarMax Charlottesville, Virginia, is a welcoming, clean, - Mary

CarMax Charlottesville, Virginia, is a welcoming, clean, and efficient dealership. I used the online locator to find the model I wanted, then had it shipped to Charlottesville from Mobile, Alabama. I was able to purchase the car the same day I did a test drive, and everything went smoothly and professionally. I was very pleased with the results.

Some clowns at Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of King - Rosco

Some clowns at Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of King George. On 14 Sep 26 I went to Bayside CDJR and started looking for used cars for my daughter. Something cheap and fairly reliable. I noticed a decent car I was interested in, went on a test drive with Matthew Gladmon (Great guy, liked him a lot as far as car dealers go). Talked with the finance manager to see what we could do with on a price, they knocked a little bit off. I said I’ll think it over. Went home looked over the provided CarFax, did a little research. I saw what common issues were and what the manufacturer service schedule is. I called a dealership in Manassas and got a quote with what it would be to get the vehicle caught up on maintenance, since Bayside would not do the service there. It wasn’t a brand they sold, no big deal I understand. On 18 Sep 26 I stopped in with money in hand hoping to make a deal. Total price for vehicle service was $1700 quoted from dealership in Manassas. I was hoping for a bit of a lower price (I even told them I wasn’t looking to get the price of, something we both could be happy with) due to price of 100K service, which if the service is done on time (already at 109K miles) it greatly increases the chance of not having to deal with higher priced repairs. 1. I was called a liar (indirectly) but they didn’t want to call Manassas to confirm price. 2. All I was told was how competitively priced the vehicle was within a 200-mile radius. Alot more goes into my consideration then year, price and milage...you know, like sticking to the scheduled maintenance. 3. I was told they couldn’t possibly go any lower because they were already losing 1,400. That seems like they made a bad deal.... Now I have come to find out that the vehicle is 500 lower than the lowest price they would go for me. They got 2 stars, one for Matthew and one for the finance guy I talked to on the 14th. I talked to a different guy on the 18th and he was absolute clown. I guess I should have kissed up more to him for giving me the chance to buy a car from him. I really would like to name drop but I can’t remember his name. If anyone gets anything out of this review its "please do your due diligence when buying used cars" it can hopefully save you big headaches down the road. Oh, and no one has contacted me saying they lowered the price on the car either.

I purchased a 2025 Tuscson. - kalispera18

I purchased a 2025 Tuscson. The salesman mentioned the Blue Link app available but I was not able to connect to it at the time. I went in to the dealership on 7-21-26 for another service and spoke with Dillon at the desk. He was able to help me get the app working and showed me some of its features. I do not like putting apps on my phone and he was patient and help me get it started. He is a very committed Hyundai employee and our interaction was very pleasant. I was there to set up an appointment for the 15,000 mile check and purchase a touch up paint tube.
