This was my first time ever buying a brand new car, and I had the pleasure of working with Josh Williams. He made the entire experience smooth, stress free, and enjoyable from start to finish. We were able t had the pleasure of working with Josh Williams. He made the entire experience smooth, stress free, and enjoyable from start to finish. We were able to negotiate pricing to make sure my Honda Civic was affordable for me, and I really appreciated how willing he was to work with me. I always hear that the car buying process can take hours, but my experience was surprisingly quick and efficient. Josh made sure I was happy every step of the way. He was responsive, helpful, and answered every question I had. On the day I picked up my brand new car, he even installed my license plates, helped set up my app, and walked me through all of the car’s features. I also had several employees from CMA come up to introduce themselves and congratulate me on my purchase, which made the experience feel even more special. I highly recommend working with Josh and the CMA team! More
