The car salesperson was not knowledgeable about technology features in a newer model Toyota RAV4. He was unable to demonstrate any of the touchscreen capabilities and repeatedly told me to go home, technology features in a newer model Toyota RAV4. He told me no one else at the dealership was available to help explain the features. If I bought the car though he would study the manual at home that night and meet with me the next day at the WaWa gas station next door to the dealership to help me understand the touchscreen and other features. Very unprofessional, unethical and I knowledgeable salesperson and customer experience. More

We went to CarMax primarily to check out a CT5 I paid to send up to Richmond from NC. From the moment we walked in, we were treated very well.
