I came in frantic regarding how my Mercedes was driving. Steve my account rep. Listened and explained what they were going to check for me. Long story short. When I left the Mercedes dealership I felt like Steve my account rep. Listened and explained what they were going to check for me. Long story short. I drove into dealership about tire sounding like going flat but display not showing that a tire was losing air. Come to find out there was screw in tire & needed to be replaced. Still don’t know why displ flat but display not showing that a tire was losing air. Come to find out there was screw in tire & needed to be replaced. Still don’t know why display didn’t show low air so Dealership offered free alignment next visit so I could pick up same day. Good service so far. Hope it continues. More
