I have waited over 30 days for my warranty refund after - andeeburnett07

I have waited over 30 days for my warranty refund after selling the car I purchased at Bisbee in Danville VA. I have called and messaged requesting my refund and a call back and have been completely ignored. I am on disability with stage 4 cancer, as they are aware, and I truly need this money at this time . I also have a voicemail from Bobby the sales manager threatening to file charges against me with the police because I took my car home after the trade we were working on fell through. To clarify, we traded, I signed papers and left with a different car. Days later I got a call that finances did not get approved and the rate was much higher. I declined and returned their car. Bobby had put new tires on my car. I was told by Taylor Bisbee that Bobby was mad about the money the tires cost and was insisting I pay them 1400 for the tires. I declined and did not agree to that and I took them their car and took mine home. I got a voicemail saved from Bobby saying he was going to press charges against me for not paying my service bill I was provided and taking my car. I was not provided a bill , he would not even speak to me when I went in with the salesman to get my keys so I could leave. I did not know why he was so rude at that time but Taylor Bisbee called me and stated he was upset about paying for my tires and the trade not happening. I have since requested my warranty refund multiple times , because I sold that car and was told during the trade at Bisbee I was owed a significant refund on my warranty purchase, thousands of dollars. I have called and messaged repeatedly for over a month and have been ignored. I called and messaged Taylor directly . I have sent messages through Bisbee website asking for an urgent call back because it’s been over 30 days and I haven’t gotten the refund and Taylor Bisbee will not answer or return my calls. My next step is to post this review and post on Facebook and Danville business page and hopefully get their attention and get the money they owe me . Any help is appreciated in this matter as I said I’m on temporary disability and out of work bc of stage 4 cancer.
