My console camera froze while I was at an appointment 5 minutes away from Tri State Nissan and I drove right in. Skylar greeted me and took the car in the bay. They tried a procedure to unfreeze the camera which didn't reset the system. She informed me they would have to call the company about the camera. She offered me a replacement vehicle because the tech to help with the problem wasn't there, so I drove my car home. Skylar called me the next day at 10:00 A.M. and told me to come back because the tech found the solution. The company tech talked the service department through the procedure and fixed the problem. I am so grateful for everything. Everyone worked together to solve the problem. Thank you!

Jared Bowman was amazing to work with. Great communication and very upfront about the cars I was looking at and what to expect. I came into the dealership several times while shopping around, and Jared went above an beyond and was easily the best salesman I've worked with (including from other Mazda dealerships in the same ownership group.) The only ding on the experience is on the back of house operation. I went out of town and told the dealership I would have to receive ownership the car on the Friday after New Years. I was called by one of the managers and was told the car was ready to be picked up after the porters/service center had a whole week to prep the car and get the state inspections/emissions/CPO done. I came in to pick it up and all the sales and dealership stickers + adhesive was still all over the car and windows, empty gas tank, and the car was covered in bird crap as it was parked under trees after it went through the inspections. Needless to say, Jared and I were both quite upset. Jared made it right by jumping the car to the front of the line and got the car filled up, cleaned, and ready for me in under 30 minutes. I would still recommend this dealership. Was by far the least stressful experience I've had car buying.

Instead of just apologizing and letting me walk away, the GM stepped up to the plate and took immediate action to make things right. He listened closely to what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to ensure I didn't leave empty-handed.
