Suttle Cadillac continues to be my go to for all service and concerns for my Cadillac. I travel over an hour to have my Cadillac CT6 serviced at Suttle and usually catch the train home and to return to pick and concerns for my Cadillac. Melvin was amazing. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t. He went out of his way to find me the truck I wanted in the col He helped me find exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t. He went out of his way to find me the truck I wanted in the color I wanted and got me the addons I wanted. Over all I really enjoyed the experience over what I received at Southern. I will be doing business with Suttle in the future. Also Lita in finance was very helpful and understanding. Even though I found a better rate with Navy Fed she was still very helpful and got everything taken care of that I needed to get Navy Fed added to the title. More
