Brought my truck in to have computer modules reprogrammed from failed over the air update. Batteries were draining due to modules not "going to sleep" fully. Batteries were tested good upon drop-off. After truck had been sitting for 2.5 weeks behind their shop, the batteries drained to a point that damaged 2 batteries in my 2024 diesel 3500. The shop stated they could not proceed without new batteries, which i had to pay 428.00 for. After nearly 3 weeks and multiple visits with management senior to the service managers, the programming of the computer modules was complete. They claimed my stereo amplifier was still causing a parasitic draw and left the positive cable disconnected. Upon return to my home, I used my fluke 77 multi meter to test and verify parasitic draw was within GM standards. After this experience, I'm not sure I'd trust Suttle Service with an oil change let alone anything technical. More
