I took my VW in for its 20k mile service appointment. Shelby greeted me on the service drive with a friendly smile. I explained why I was there and what I wanted done. She explained that they would do an inspection and go over the cost before any repairs are done. I had a concern regarding my windshield and she said she would have them look at it. They had my vehicle back to the technician very quickly. They were able to get everything done in a timely manner. Southwest Volkswagen service department is amazing.

A hail damage estimate coordinated by Darrell in the Hewlett’s collision center turned out to be a total loss claim. My insurance company’s policies made the situation difficult. Our intentions were to replace our 2019 Atlas with a 2025 Atlas. Darrell and his management got together salesman Jay Wilson, his management and their general management to deal with the insurance issues and their impact on us to give us what we feel is a very fair deal on our new Atlas. We took delivery yesterday of our fifth car purchase from Hewlett. One Buick and now four VWs working with Jay. Jay, Darrell and the Hewlett team take customer care seriously.
