I just want to say thank you to James for making my experience purchasing my 2016 Audi A6 such a good one. From the very beginning, James was polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. He stayed in contact with me leading up to the purchase and made sure I had everything taken care of and knew what I needed to do to secure the car. He also took the time to try to get me more for my trade-in, which I really appreciated. You could tell he was actually trying to help me and make the deal work, rather than just trying to make a sale. What I appreciated most was that James did what he said he was going to do. He followed up, followed through, answered my questions, and made the whole process feel much easier than I expected. I’m really happy with my Audi and honestly feel like I had a great experience because of the way James handled everything. He’s a good guy, easy to work with, and someone I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car. If I’m ever in the market for another vehicle, James will definitely be one of the first people I call.

Definitely helped that she's a paisano! I had a low score due to almost no history, I knew this going in yet they got me bought. Yet no judgement and I walked away happy! I tried to approve online from text msg link - final approval after signature didn’t work; called service and left vmail with approval and also texted the technician with approval. None of the approvals were received and now I have to make a 2nd trip to finish services.

Purchased my first car ever, as a widow. The red carpet was rolled out for me and I was met with open arms. Every question was respectfully answered, in some cases more than once. Blaine Marston was very patient with my every need. I had to make sure I fit in the box and found it comfortable to my needs due to a disability. I never felt pressured to buy. After making my decision to purchase, the financial advisor, Conner, was there to help with more decisions. Explaining my options and suggesting the best way to go but allowing me to make the final decision that I was comfortable with. There were a few hiccups but service was on it and things were taken care of in a timely manner. My husband had purchased our vehicles over the past 30+ years from Yark. There are many friends of ours that go to Yark Automotive Group to buy their first, second or third vehicle. I feel that it is a trusted name in NW Ohio.
