Great staff, relaxed atmosphere, no pressure. Our sales agent was very knowledgeable and friendly. The finance rep was the same as our sales rep. She explained everything in laymen's terms and was easy to understand. We never felt "Pushed" into making "spur of the moment" decisions. All in all, it was a great experience. We highly recommend Lexus of Akron/ Canton to everyone.

Just leased a 2026 Tonale Veloce from Alfa Romeo of Strongsville and had a genuinely good experience working with Doug. I originally came in on a different Tonale, but ventilated seats were a must-have for me, and Doug knew the lineup well enough to steer me to the Veloce package that actually has them. We went back and forth on numbers over a few days and Doug stayed patient, responsive, and never pushy — we landed on a deal that worked for both sides, and signing was quick and painless. The Verde Monza green is a stunner in person. If you’re shopping Alfa in the Cleveland area, ask for Doug.
