He stayed in contact with me leading up to the purchase and made sure I had everything taken care of and knew what I needed to do to secure the car. He also took the time to try to get me more for my trade-in, which I really appreciated. You could tell he was actually trying to help me and make the deal work, rather than just trying to make a sale. What I appreciated most was that James did what he said he was going to do. He followed up, followed through, answered my questions, and made the whole process feel much easier than I expected. I’m really happy with my Audi and honestly feel like I had a great experience because of the way James handled everything. He’s a good guy, easy to work with, and someone I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car. If I’m ever in the market for another vehicle, James will definitely be one of the first people I call. More
