You could tell he was actually trying to help me and make the deal work, rather than just trying to make a sale. What I appreciated most was that James did what he said he was going to do. He followed up, followed through, answered my questions, and made the whole process feel much easier than I expected. I’m really happy with my Audi and honestly feel like I had a great experience because of the way James handled everything.
