I also helped the 2nd day when picking up the vehicle. Getting my car unpacked and packed into the new vehicle. Because I was taking a trip out-of-state that day, even during the c***** weather, the cold he was there to help showed me. How to operate the new digital - and got me up to speed with all the electronics in the vehicle? Walked me around showed me the car under the hood and took time to Make sure I understood everything very helpful, highly recommend. Teddy, as a salesperson and also the dealership was very Helpful in the financing department and getting everything set up super easy and very informative, telling me everything I needed to know. And getting everything. Including my discount forms for my military service. So highly recommend this particular dealership and would recommend everyone purchased their vehicle from Teddy. Took delivery of a new 2025 grand cherokee limited, apparently the vehicle was not thoroughly checked out by the sales staff since the stop/start system was non functional. I was assured that all i had to do was drive the vehicle and the system would start functioning..this turned out to be false since we had to schedule a service appointment. We had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment, which was scheduled for 9:30 am in the morning, at that point i was informed that it would be a few days before they could get to it! The service dept contacted me 2 days later to tell me they couldn’t look at it for another 2 days . Not being happy with that, i complained to service that i didn’t find that acceptable. At that point the service manager made an attempt to to have it looked at immediately and they found the problem and repaired it! I stlll had to wait another day to pick the vehicle, but so far so good! The service dept did resolve the issue, and explained why they couldn’t do it sooner, but the whole thing could have been avoided if the vehicle was properly checked out before delivery! The dealership did provide us with a loaner vehicle during the process!

Gabe was amazing! I was given his name by another of his customers so I called ahead with a couple of choices I was looking at and he had them ready and waiting when we arrived. We ended up driving 3 different vehicles that day, made a trip to the bank and we were still in and out in 3 hours. The first hour and half was spent driving and deciding which one we wanted so to be fair, Gabe had all the paperwork done, car cleaned again, gas tank filled, and on our way in 1.5 hours. Our next purchase will come from Gabe at Wally Armour!
