I never had to call Tom, there was always a VM waiting with the latest update. He took time to setup my car and explained all the new functions so I didn’t have to ask my husband! Dylan who did the financing was very knowledgeable and flexible in finding the best option that worked for me. Dylan explained things fully and was also very efficient - he went through all my options to make sure I was aware of what was available. In doing so, he explained everything and made the entire car buying experience very easy and stress free - constantly offering to assist to make help me with whatever was needed. Adam in service was very kind and considerate. He was up front about all my options and gave me his advice which I knew I could trust.
