He took the time to work with us, patiently answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. In fact, one day he stayed late to help us, and I never felt like he was trying to hurry us along. That level of patience and genuine customer service really stood out to me. We truly appreciate Colin. He is exceptional at what he does, and he made the entire experience such a positive one.
