We are very disappointed with both the dealership and Garret Ware. We were given paperwork that stated the battery in our newly purchased car was in good condition. The first time we pulled into a gas st Garret Ware. We were given paperwork that stated the battery in our newly purchased car was in good condition. The first time we pulled into a gas station the car would not restart. Dead battery. We had to call for a jump and then directly to get a new battery. Garret Ware had sent a email saying if anything would prevent us from giving him an excellent rating we should contact him. We did and he agreed to send a check for one half the cost of the new battery. The check never arrived. We inquired about the check he said he would look into it. That was the last we heard from him. He never got back to us. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
