I would give both Golling and Teri a five star rating and would recommend to anyone looking for a new car to go to Golling Chrysler. Teri Sullivan was an excellent sales representative who helped me with the process of trading in my current vehicle and securing a new Chrysler Jeep. She had immense patience and went out of her way to make sure that any concern or question that I had would be taken care of or answered in a direct honest way. She demonstrated enthusiasm, empathy, professionalism, and honesty. She was very helpful and effective in what she said she would do. My vehicle was ready at precisely the time she said it would be. She also went over all of the procedures necessary for operation of the car. She is a five star super star of Golling Chrysler. My experience was more satisfactory than what I have ever had from another car dealer in helping me to get what I needed in purchasing a new vehicle. Answered all our questions in the timely manner and was honest and upfront about everything. I went to 2 other dealerships and found Szott M59 Jeep to have the best price from day one. Other dealers wanted to negotiate price down and still did not get to same price at Szott. We knew the exact car we wanted and they were able to find and deliver on our fast timeline.
