Our experience with this dealership was great. From the moment we walked in the door, we was greeted with a smile and a hello by a very kind lady sitting at the desk at the entrance, as if our presence was important. We were referred to Mr. Castle, Henry, by our son who spoke very highly of him when he purchased a car with him. Mr. Castle was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional with us. We told him that we was looking for a car for our daughters birthday. He showed us different cars and answered our questions. The service was great and he stood behind his words when he said that he would get us a second key because at the time of purchase there was only one key available. While we were waiting for our turn to complete our paperwork, I was going to my car to find something to eat, I was stopped and offered food from the lunch they had ordered. I am very big on customer service I give great customer service and I expect good customer service, Our experience was positive I have already recommended Mr. Castle to a friend when she’s ready to make her purchase.

My salesperson, Dylan, was so knowledgeable about the Jeep brand, actually listened to exactly what I wanted in a car, was super patient and helpful with all my questions, was very transparent throughout the process, and followed up to see how things were going after the purchase. He even went above and beyond scheduling an in person meeting with me a week after the purchase to answer more questions I had. Rob and Sara on the finance side were exceptional, too. The facility is immaculate and the waiting area has exceptional amenities. Overall everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and very committed to making sure I got what I want, my questions were answered, and that I was super happy with my purchase and the total experience.
