I’ve been a Snethkamp customer for many years, and a Chrysler customer for more than four decades, having purchased my current vehicle, a new Dodge RAM, in 2013. In all that time and with the many Chrysler vehicles that I’ve owned, I have never experienced the level of poor service and “could not care less” attitude that I received from the entire staff at Snethkamp, from start to finish, and from top to bottom. It started with the service advisor, Corey Burke, who received my verbal approval to order all required parts and start the work the day after I dropped off my truck. Then, Corey let my car sit for 4 days with no progress and no updates. On the 5th day, I had to contact Corey to find out the status of my vehicle, and he was unable to provide any update. The only thing worse than Corey’s attitude was that he informed me that they were “currently receiving” all the parts that he ordered to complete the job. That turned out to be a bold face lie, as I found out later that NONE of the parts were ordered until later, after I escalated and spoke with Corey’s manager, Kevin, and then Kevin’s manager, Mark… Mark was the loudest, rudest, and angriest "manager" I have ever dealt with and literally screamed at me over the phone when I complained about their poor service and the sheer lack of concern I received from Snethkamp. Mark flat-out told me he didn’t care if Snethkamp lost me as a customer. Then, Mark still demanded that I leave a $2,500 deposit for them to repair my vehicle! Mark honestly made me feel like a criminal or something. Ultimately, it took another week to complete the repairs as they were now “waiting on parts to be delivered”. Snethkamp had my truck for almost two weeks without any care or concern for my inconvenience! The ONLY person that seemed to even remotely care about the quality of the work was the technician who reviewed the parts replaced and service performed on my vehicle with me when it was finally completed. That review only happened because I required it before I’d pay the balance owed to Snethkamp. In the end, my experience was SO bad, that not only will I never do business with Snethkamp again, but I will also never purchase another Chrysler vehicle again! Not that you’ll care, but I traded that 2013 RAM in for a brand-new Ford vehicle this week, so Ford Motor Company and I wish to thank Snethkamp for my first-ever Ford vehicle purchase! More

I was just buying a used car but Charlie and the rest of the team went way over and above to make me feel like I was a very valued customer. They were very accommodating.
