Bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee brand new in April of 2020. Had the jeep back within 2 months for the auxiliary battery going bad. December 2021 back for the same issue. Now need auxiliary and main ba 2020. Had the jeep back within 2 months for the auxiliary battery going bad. December 2021 back for the same issue. Now need auxiliary and main battery. Twice in less than 2 years for the same issue on a BRAND NEW vehicle. Once again new batteries. No information on WHAT is causing the batteries to go bad. Now I need the 4th auxiliary battery and 3rd main battery and now it is not covered under warranty. First and last Chrysler I will purchase. Warranty is a JOKE. More

My father is 84 years Old and he took his 2019 Dodge truck to Cole because when he put fuel in his truck, it would come right back out so he took it over there and they gave him a price by the time he g truck to Cole because when he put fuel in his truck, it would come right back out so he took it over there and they gave him a price by the time he got done he paid $2280. They talked him into do a new gas tank new fuel lines. They sold him everything they could to get as much money out of his pocket as they could, in my opinion Cole Dodge are a bunch of crooks and I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. I also found out that Rick Deloof works there in the Parts Department and he is a weirdo in my opinion he lost his snap on dealership because he Was doing wrong While selling snap on tools, if I told you what it was, you probably wouldn’t want to bring your children in there. Stay away from Cole dodge In Marshall Michigan. Take this for what it’s worth this is all in my opinion and I have a constitutional right to my opinion in the facts are they Robbed my dad a 84 year old man on a fixed income. More
