Recently we decided to sell our Ford Expedition. We initially went to Carmax and the experience and the offer were terrible. We decided to go to Sutton Ford and honestly it was an awesome experience. I was greeted by Ms. Alexander and her friendly demeanor and business-minded attitude was clearly evident. She managed our expectations and when we were ready to complete all the paperwork she had everything ready to go. Ms. Alexander was highly communicative, organized, and Friendly. The Sutton Ford team definitely has a gem and we will be future customers for sure.

Worst experience of my life. I did my credit application over the phone just after 9 am and at 2 pm I was called to be told the car had sold. Even though I wasn’t in person I should have still been a priority and they shouldn’t have delayed contacting the bank. That should have been my first 🚩. There was a vehicle comparable that I went ahead and purchased. I declined the warranty through text and verbalized it and still ended up with it. It’s been a process getting it reversed. Obv me never going there again won’t bankrupt them, but we were shopping for a total of 3 vehicles. I def would never go back in my life or rec them to anyone. Also it’s 2024. It’s a little tacky to assume someone is single just bc their husband isn’t there w them. Do better Jason. Tracy, however, was excellent.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I have had my used vehicle for just over a year and have had to put THOUSANDS of dollars into it. I understand a used vehicle may require some maintenance however in such a short time frame this is unacceptable. That car was over 10 grand! extremely overpriced. Plus they claimed they put a new battery and brakes on. That was clearly a lie! I had to replace both in barley over a year!!!!!!!! Extremely unhappy. Will never go to this place again!!!!

My appointment was for 8:30 a.m. They promptly got to work on my car (oil change and tire rotation). Because my car just turned 30,000 miles, I was informed that additional services were recommended, but I turned them down. All services would have been good, but only one was recommended in the owners manual. There was zero pressure by the service manager to complete the additional things. I paid my bill and was on my way. Kudos to the Green Mazda service department.

I located a vehicle on Carmax and purchased it from Heller Motors. The salesman and finance guru both were very very focused on my transaction. I would say their assistance was timely, accurate and most important complete. The finance papers had to be redone due to my incomplete information; this was handled almost immediately, no delay. My advice if you are buying from this dealer is to let them do whatever is necessary. Jake even processed the license application for an out-of-state sale. Very satisfied.

Cedrick was thorough & worked hard to complete our transaction electronically ahead of time, so our in person closing ran smoothly. The front desk staff was so welcoming! We've been taking our 2009 Honda CRV to Fairway Ford Lincoln Service Department, Freeport, Illinois for the past 7 years, for oil changes and regular maintenance. Their Service Department consistently gives excellent service, along with very fair prices. Most recently we had the Honda in for an oil change and to check out a rattling noise coming from beneath the car. This team thoroughly investigated and found the heat shield was making the sound and needed to be replaced. Problem solved. Thank you to Jordan, Brandon and Patrick for your good service and willingness to accommodate our schedule.
