I worked with Rocky in the past; he is always very helpful and always very friendly. I had my tires replaced at your shop and agreed to have a tire rotation for a fee. I was told that the tire rotatio helpful and always very friendly. I had my tires replaced at your shop and agreed to have a tire rotation for a fee. I was told that the tire rotation wasn't done, even though the tire locks are in the glove compartment. I made it clear that the locks are in the glove compartment; they have my cell phone number and no one reached out to me to ask. I was told that the car will be washed for no extra charge, but that was a quick splash with no effort to wash the car. More

I sent my daughter to get a part for a soft top. She spent an hour without getting anywhere. Then she went back a couple days later and was told to leave the car there for a couple of hrs and they w She spent an hour without getting anywhere. Then she went back a couple days later and was told to leave the car there for a couple of hrs and they would install the bracket and complete an oil change. She returned and they only did an oil change. Then they gave her pricing for an entire system that isn't even available for a week and is very expensive. She had her vehicle on site and the person at parts couldn't be bothered to go out and look at her vehicle. This was an unnecessary way to treat a 17 yo that doesn't have extensive car knowledge.
