24 hours is all it took from inquiring to delivery. I’m about 3 hours away and they offered to deliver to me. Bought a x3 m40i and from start to finish it was quick. I personally have 115k miles on my BMW but the money I saved buying high mileage I get to throw into proper maintenance still comming out a lot less then something with 30k less miles. About the car just bought it based off pictures and personal description from who I was working with I was confident on the car along with the carfax to see records. Called bmw with the vin verifying work history. When I received the car it was actually as described if not better. So far no issues but a small oil leak but that’s to be expected on my part. Very happy with the purchase. Everything was very transparent and I spent a month with multiple dealers asking for straight priced list and basic normal fees and tax. No hesitation I said yes to the deal. The best experience I had with buying a car in a while. More

Horrible experience! ! Issues with erratic, inconsistent, and dangerous shifting of transmission on 2023 ford explorer. The first time I took it in for the same issues, I ! Issues with erratic, inconsistent, and dangerous shifting of transmission on 2023 ford explorer. The first time I took it in for the same issues, I expressed how dangerous this issue was driving through Atlanta in traffic. The lead tec picked me up at home when they were done looking at it. On the drive back to dealership I asked if I needed to show him what it was doing. He said no need, as he said he was able to see/feel all it was doing wrong and described all that it was doing. He told me he didn't know of a fix from ford yet. When I brought it back in months later, I offered to ride with them to show what it was doing. Service adviser (Jeff) said no need and asked why It took so long for it to start acting up again after the first time I brought it in. I said it never stopped acting up. He acted like he didn't care what I was saying. I told him what the first service guy told me. Jeff said they noted nothing wrong and acted like my conversation with the lead tec didn't happen. He (Jeff) called later that morning and said it was ready and there is nothing wrong with the car. I come to pick it up and asked (Jeff) if I could show them what it is doing since they say they there was nothing wrong with it. He (Jeff) said there is no need as there is nothing wrong with it and that I could get a second opinion from another ford dealer, that they would say the same thing. I was very dissatisfied as I believe he knows that there is a problem but chose to ignore it. This is a very serious safety issue that needs resolved. It is extremely hard to start and stop in slowed traffic. Slow to accelerate then when finally does and you let off the gas it surges forward. Slowing down at low speeds it will downshift like you push the brakes then you have to accelerate then it shifts and lunges forward. Anyways, I believe the dealer, Jeff, and Ford knows there is a problem. I just hope it doesn't hurt or kill myself or anyone else before they decide to fix this problem. (P.S.) I had a friend who has one of these and drove mine who said his doesn't act like mine. Another friend just bought a 2025 and said theirs doesn't drive like mine. More
