The detailing needs improvement. the back seats had what looked like exploded soda everywhere. The service on my sync 4 system is not so good. I've had it in and I was told nothing was done by the advisor. It is very glitchy, freezes, loses correct time so on. My salesman and the finance are the best things here. I love my Edge, hate the sync 4. More

Once again, it was not a good experience for me. .....I dropped off my Navigator early for a simple LOF service. I was a few minutes early (maybe 2 minutes) and the door opened and I drove in. I was scolded by whoever was in there, he told me that that door was not supposed to be open, made me fill out an after hours form instead of going in to a service advisor. I was told I would get a call when it was done. The only call I received was to upsell me on more work. (I know an upsell call when I get one) I okayed some additional work and asked him to call me when it was done. I didn't receive a call, so I waited until after 4:00 to call...it was indeed done and had been for quite some time. Left me hanging when I asked haw long it had been done without calling me. Also, the next day we found grease smudges on the passenger seat and on the inside of the passenger door. I'm now very reluctant to return to Ford City for any work or purchases More
I took my F150 to Champaign Ford City. It has 30,000 miles on it and the rear-end had a high-wining sound(it was going out-from my experience). They told me some line.....it had water in it and would not honor the the Warranty. I bought it new there. I only drove it 10,000 miles per year. It was never in water, and besides, if it was the seals or build was defective at the Mfg'er. Avoid these guys....they don't work for us(the customers). I won't go back ever. My initial contact was good, but once I paid, the service/contact went down hill. The vehicle was not detailed properly/cleaned for a new vehicle especially inside! Was given clarity on carpet floor service/contact went down hill. The vehicle was not detailed properly/cleaned for a new vehicle especially inside! Was given clarity on carpet floor mats and than quoted a high price!!! That I thought should have been included in the purchase!!! Honestly I'm considering seeking legal counsel has how to unravel this purchase???? Or trading with another dealership that Appreciate/ know how to Treat Cash paying Customers . The vehicle was returned for a second time to seek detailing and required again about carpet floor mats? Advised that I could use "earned points" to purchase carpet mats?? Which I didn't fully understand??? My salesman Josh Reynolds was not available for the 3rd time??? 1st when I picked up the vehicle, 2nd for explanation on vehicle function/floor mats and 3rd to express dissatisfaction with him, service and dealership!!! Than Josh brought out his supervisor/manager?? To no avail??? More
