Jared went above and beyond to help me with this surprise and literally made the whole thing happen! I had to bring my kids in a few of the times that I came in. The way even the kids were treated by the entire staff there was amazing. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had when buying a car. It was easy and there was no pressure. The dealership is pretty nice as well! Highly recommend! More

From start to finish, an excellent experience. Jared Nelson, our salesman, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kept in contact with me as he was finding the exact car, which took only a few days. The day we picked up the car he seemed genuinely excited for me! Although the process of picking up a new car tends to be a bit long, he continually made sure that he was right there with us answering any and all questions. He took his time and was very patient while going through the workings of my new car, assuring me to feel free to call him if I was having difficulty with anything. Before we left, he asked if we'd like him to take a photo, which turned into a small photo shoot. Also, the Finance Manage, David Didier was excellent! Gave us information on different options, without ever being pushy. He let us decide what would work best for us with giving his opinion only when asked. I would highly recommend Wickstrom! More

I just bought my 2nd used car at Wickstrom, with the expert sales assistance of Chris Krason! I did my research ahead of time and knew what I wanted and needed in a car for my daughter, and Chris went to work right away. He sent me a list of quality cars that met my criteria and I selected the Ford Escape...my decision was made before we even saw the car in person, because Chris's prep work was so thorough. We were in a hurry to find a car quickly, and Chris listened to what we needed instead of trying to sell us something out of our budget. The patient financial managers did their magic as well, and got me a very good deal, and we drove the car off the lot the same night! Thank you Chris and team! I love the friendly mechanical team that helps when I need repairs, oil changes, and car washes! As a single person, it's so wonderful to have a team of professionals to help take care of and maintain my 2022 Ford Bronco. More

We met up with the Sales Advisor Jared Nelson who went above and beyond in providing our car shopping an amazing experience! We had provided him with specific vehicles we wanted to look at during our visit. Since it was a rainy evening, prior to our visit, he made sure the vehicles were pulled into the dealership for easy viewing. He went above and beyond in customer service, answered all our questions, and the team had all the pricing available for viewing. Honestly we have never had it that easy. Thanks Wickstrom in Barrington. Our first experience was stress free and very successful! More
