On a maintenance checkup I mentioned a problem occurred when the Ford Pass app updated. After maintenance was finished they walked me patiently thru the steps trying to resolve the issues Everything was when the Ford Pass app updated. Took my 2022 F450 to change wheel speed sensor. They wound up having to change both sides. I went back to get my truck after dropping it off for the second time and noticed the front hub cap was mi They wound up having to change both sides. I went back to get my truck after dropping it off for the second time and noticed the front hub cap was missing on the same side that they had just changed the wheel speed sensor on. I have talked to them numerous times and still no resolution on what they did with my hubcap. I keep being told “we can’t find it and we have to talk to the manager then we’ll call you back”. I have called them 4 times and they have called me 0 times to resolve this. More

Service was very good, I work nights so decided to call right at opening. Said they could get me in, when I arrived I saw my name was the last on the board, I think it said 150 minute wait but I asked Jere right at opening.
