This week I purchased a vehicle from Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln. Ed Seggelke was my salesperson and he was amazing! He was kind, engaging, personable and an all around great person. He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Ed treats people the way everyone should treat others and I can't recommend him enough! Thanks, Ed for an awesome experience! Also, Danielle, the Business Manager is so nice and easy to work with. Excellent! It all started with interest in a used Mustang Mach E and it ended with a new Mach E, a free home charger with installation, and a lower payment then originally thought. My interest in the used Mach E started with fantastic communication via text messages and even though Taylor wasn't at work that day she still answered my texts had me come in and test drive a new one. This is when we met Jesse. Jesse will sell you a car but won't push you to do it. He gives you options and walks with you through the process. The entire Vogler team is friendly, dedicated, and courteous making it a great place to do business. Thanks for everything!
