Working with Gem City Ford made the buying process for our new truck a very easy process. This dealership is 2 hours away from where we live, and we have closer dealerships in our area, but it was worth the drive! We worked with Troy Courson, and he was very knowledgeable and helped ensure we were buying what we needed and did not push us into anything we did not need or want. I highly recommend working with Tory if you have any questions or have an interest in one of their vehicles. All the other staff that we interacted with was just as easy to work with as well. We did a test drive, and then we kept in contact to work out the details over the following days. When it was time to pick up the vehicle it was a very simple process of signing the papers and handing over the keys. There was no bait and switch or surprise charges at the end. What they said it was going to cost is exactly what we paid! They were very honest throughout the whole process, which is huge in this industry.

My experience from start to finish was AMAZING. Jorge and Jeremy were GREAT. I was first greeted by Jorge as I was searching the lot. He was not pushy (like some sales guys) and answered all the questions I had. I was very specific in what I wanted ( white exterior, brown interior) and the blackout package on the exterior. Unfortunately, I was told there weren’t any of those within 400 miles. That’s when I was greeted by Jeremy, who came out and told me he can powder coat what I wanted black. Done deal. Everything is powder coated and my dream car is sitting in my garage. Everything from start to finish was as smooth as could possibly be. I couldn’t recommend that place enough!

He got the part but never notified me, then 3 weeks later i went for oil change and then ask for my part and i asked him why didn't you notify me and then he said sorry. It was a very poor customer service from part services.

John Allen was my team member that helped me. I called to have my car inspected before I took a trip south. He arranged for a good time for me to come in for the service. Once I arrived he checked a few things in the car and asked exactly what I needed. The care he showed me and my car was if it was his! I really appreciate that. So many people looked down on women when dealing with questions about their cars. I thank you Mr. Allen for your service and care you showed me.

It being a Monday morning, a historical bad day to visit a dealership I was as not confident in the outcome. To my surprise and delight the write up tech took me right away and two hours s as bd a car wash later I was on my way. Kudos to the dealership and staff. This week I purchased a vehicle from Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln. Ed Seggelke was my salesperson and he was amazing! He was kind, engaging, personable and an all around great person. He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Ed treats people the way everyone should treat others and I can't recommend him enough! Thanks, Ed for an awesome experience! Also, Danielle, the Business Manager is so nice and easy to work with.
