I called in the morning and got the ball rolling on what car I wanted, gave the info for my trade in, and everything was all set when I arrived. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Majority of the time spent not on paperwork was learning all the tech in the 2024 nautilus. So happy that my first experience buying a brand new car went so smooth. What an amazing experience !!! Tristan was great!!! She made the purchase of our 2024 Nautilus painless and quick. A lot of our questions were answered via text or email. Then when we selected two we went to see them and in a matter of less then two hours we were signed and out. We also had our 4 kids with us who were spoiled by Kelsey. I would also like to add that the service department, Dominic and Justin are top notch. Ive never had to step foot in the service department. They pick up and deliver my Navigator L and answer all my questions. Even the gentlemen picking up and dropping off are great!!! Wickstrom truly is top notch. Highly recommend. Thank you all for such a great experience.

Ever since the purchase Alex has followed up to make sure everything was perfect...it it. Nick in finance was quick and informative, again with great follow up . Could not be happier with this dealership. Everyone there, even folks not in on the deal, went out of there way to make sure i was comfortable. Fantastic experience, and i would highly recommend.

Well let me tell that jack Schmitt took the Grinch out of my Christmas. I bought used truck from them a month ago. With two weeks of owning it I had moon roof issue. Nothing that the dealership or I could see ahead of time. I thought great another used car that I am going to take it the shorts on. I called Amanda Jackson and she worked with her new car manager Alex. They also worked with Jr the used car sales manager and had me bring it in. Let me tell you this no ordinary dealership they made my heart grow three times for this dealership. They are doing everything to make this right. If you want to feel like you are dealing with good honest people go to Jack Schmitt Ford. These guys are amazing people. See Amanda Jackson she will take care of you no hassles. We called ahead and not only was the car we were interested in ready for a test drive but he also had a pricing sheet ready to review and work from. My appointment was for 8:30 a.m. They promptly got to work on my car (oil change and tire rotation). Because my car just turned 30,000 miles, I was informed that additional services were recommended, but I turned them down. All services would have been good, but only one was recommended in the owners manual. There was zero pressure by the service manager to complete the additional things. I paid my bill and was on my way. Kudos to the Green Mazda service department.

Would definitely send business to Heller again. I drove 3 hours to see a vehicle they had. I was greated right away upon arriving. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. I was a bit indecisive and my salesperson Bob took the time to pull 5 or 6 trucks out for me. They evaluated my trade and handed me my keys back. So many dealers hold them for ransom these days. Through the entire process there was no pressure. We talked about all sorts of things like old friends. It was refreshing to find a team and dealership that understands how to treat customers like people and not just a deal. Thanks for being better than so many others.

Just picked up our new Bronco! Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Dan, our sales guy, made working from out of state a breeze (including working on our trade in value.) Cedrick was thorough & worked hard to complete our transaction electronically ahead of time, so our in person closing ran smoothly. The front desk staff was so welcoming! Sean even took time to talk to us about our experience dropping our kid off at college… really genuine folks at Kunes Sterling. We would highly recommend working with them, and hope to again in the future. Class acts.

We've been taking our 2009 Honda CRV to Fairway Ford Lincoln Service Department, Freeport, Illinois for the past 7 years, for oil changes and regular maintenance. Their Service Department consistently gives excellent service, along with very fair prices. Most recently we had the Honda in for an oil change and to check out a rattling noise coming from beneath the car. This team thoroughly investigated and found the heat shield was making the sound and needed to be replaced. Problem solved. Thank you to Jordan, Brandon and Patrick for your good service and willingness to accommodate our schedule.
