My car broke down and it wasn't worth fixing. I was planning on purchasing a car, but it was sooner than I thought. I decided to go to Napleton River Oaks in Calumet City. I called the dealership on my way. I ended up speaking with Ziggy Grabowski who guided me on what he believes were my best options. I also spoke with George Obaroghedo who also assisted me as well. I told them what I could afford and what I wanted. A few hours later, I went to the dealership and they were the BEST! They narrowed down on a few cars for me and my options on financing. If only other salespersons were that remarkable, there won't be so many bad reviews about them because it is a waste of time just to travel miles going to the dealership only to deal with unscrupulous salesmen. He promised that he will give me updates.

I have been a customer of the Green Family stores for 20 years. We received a letter in the mail to come to the new Green Hyundai to see the specials on the 2023 Santa Fe's. We took time out of our day to go in and check it out. We found a Santa Fe we liked and sat down to look at the numbers and we were so low balled on our trade that it was insulting. Mike was our sales person and we had never dealt with him before. When I gave him a copy of my license, I had inadvertently gave him a copy of an expired of an ID that he didn't need. Instead of just handing it back to me he made a copy of it. Needless to say we walked out of there dumbfounded. I sent a message to Green about our experience and as of now have not heard a word from them. Their motto is "it's not about cars, it's about people" I don't believe this is true anymore. We will no longer buy from Green.

The guys at Hyundai on perryville were awesome from the start, from our sales person Dave Frye to service manager Brian. Dave understood I don't like to be pressured and waited for me to come to him. And he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we wanted to view. And as for Brian he was there from the start to the finish keeping our finances into consideration and he got us the best deal possible. I would definitely return to their location in the future. Once again both gentleman were class acts and took care of us and to them I say "hats off gents"! And thank you to Hyundai on perryville for my brand new Elantra hybrid!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the professional treatment we received. Our sales rep (Pasha) made the process totally painless. He was incredibly patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! I even had my blue-tooth paired before I left the parking lot even though it meant Pasha standing outside on the coldest day of the year to provide guidance. Did I mention that the store manager (Dimitri) provided us a quote via email and gave us a loaner so that we would have an extra car? Keep up the great service!

Service department makes it extremely difficult to - melissashalo

Service department makes it extremely difficult to schedule the mileage checks that they require for the warranties. They do not call back or when they do it rings once before immediately disconnecting so you have no chance to talk with a live person without calling multiple times. Their messaging insists on texts to schedule and that is impossible to get a time that works when you have a job that narrows times that will work to do the drop-off. After the first feat of getting an appointment for the regular maintenance, the inspection they do left my AC rattling. They have now refused to see it without me paying an inspection fee on an item that they left in disrepair. I "waited too long" to complain about the appointment in July - despite the calls on August 2nd, 5th, and 9th - then leaving a text on the 12th which was never sent back to schedule with me. I sent additional requests in through their website. I finally decide to try again as the rattling has never stopped even a month later and now I WAITED TOO LONG. Good grief, how many times must I be the one to initiate contact for a scheduling. Sure, it's my fault. As I am sure it also would not be their fault the noise just happened to coincide with the inspection that it has made the sound ever sense. I am sure the 300 dollar fee to get it looked that they'd waive if it was found they did something would be a thing that they would totally accept responsibility for now with as much care as they take care on scheduling. None, if that's not clear. Terrible scheduling, poor service that has left the car with an annoying sound when all it needed was an oil change. Don't go here, it's an act of futility to get in anyways if you cannot just take any old timeslot they feel like allotting you, so do not waste your time.

Wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money and trade in my 23 Telluride, but after having several bad experiences with Kia dealerships, Chelly's patience withstood my procrastination. This dealership was aggressive in their close-out pricing on the 2024 models, but I wanted a clear understanding of the amount I was spending as sometimes trade-in values and dealership math gets confusing and misleading.

I own a 2018 Hyundai Tucson and have been taking it to Elgin Hyundai for service ever since I bought it brand new. Hyundai is the only brand of car I’ve ever owned since my first new car purchase in 2000. Part of the reason is because of the warranty, the reasonable price and the good service I have received over the last 24 years. My most recent experience is no exception. Starting in January of 2023, I was experiencing some issues with my powertrain… issues that are covered under warranty. During the time I first noticed the issues, I worked with one of the service representatives from Elgin Hyundai named Jorge Quevedo. No customer likes experiencing issues with their cars, much less a warranty issue near the expiration date of the warranty. However, over the last 20 months, Jorge assisted me through the process of rectifying the issue from beginning to end. The process was sometimes frustrating because rules are rules and protocols are protocols. However, Jorge was patient, honest with me and saw me through the entire period - even during my communications with Hyundai corporate office to get the work completed. I have never once felt alone, mal-informed, or rushed and it is because of service reps like Jorge that keep people like me loyal customers to brands that value good customer service, honesty and follow through. Kudos to Jorge, kudos to Hyundai for honoring their warranty, and thank you all for a pleasant customer experience for the last 24 years. My next new car will most definitely be - you guessed it - a Hyundai because of experiences like this.
