I had a overall great experience at this dealership. I originally bought my car at a different dealership, but since have moved so this is now closest to me. I came in because my heat was broken, and I originally bought my car at a different dealership, but since have moved so this is now closest to me. I came in because my heat was broken, and brought it in without an appointment on a busy day. They couldn't service it that day - so they immediately got back to me on the following Monday with a loaner and the parts that were covered by warranty. Definitely will bring my car back here for future needs! More

Castle Hyundai of Downers Grove are a bunch of crooks. I canceled an extended warranty through Allstate that was purchased through the previous dealer and was told to call Castle Hyundai to get my refund I canceled an extended warranty through Allstate that was purchased through the previous dealer and was told to call Castle Hyundai to get my refund as they were the selling dealer. I had called with Allstate on the line with me on a three-way call and was put through to Christoph Sutton. Christoph advised that I should send over the paperwork in an email in which I did and have since not heard from him. No response through email. No response to any of my phone calls. Why would I ever purchase another car from this dealer??? Stay away from this stealership. You've been warned. More
