Working with Gem City Ford made the buying process for our new truck a very easy process. This dealership is 2 hours away from where we live, and we have closer dealerships in our area, but it was worth the drive! We worked with Troy Courson, and he was very knowledgeable and helped ensure we were buying what we needed and did not push us into anything we did not need or want. I highly recommend working with Tory if you have any questions or have an interest in one of their vehicles. All the other staff that we interacted with was just as easy to work with as well. We did a test drive, and then we kept in contact to work out the details over the following days. When it was time to pick up the vehicle it was a very simple process of signing the papers and handing over the keys. There was no bait and switch or surprise charges at the end. What they said it was going to cost is exactly what we paid! They were very honest throughout the whole process, which is huge in this industry.

I also had them come out and do oil changes on all of our cars. This process was unbelievably quick and convenient. Haggerty is the place to go! Dario was a patient and amazing salesperson, helped us to find the right Bronco Sport, with absolutely no pressure to buy. Super kind, knowledgeable and honest guy. Their manager gave us a great deal on our trade-in and the final price, and the finance guy, Tom, was a hoot! Tom actually explained the warranty options and did NOT push the more expensive Ford warranty. It truly was a transparent deal. As a fun full-circle moment, my grandfather bought an Oldsmobile from Jack Haggerty Oldsmobile back in the early 1980s. More than 40 years later, our family is buying from the Haggerty family again—and we couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend Haggerty Ford and will be using them again in the future. It was well worth the drive from the city!

We were met at the showroom door by Christian Medina, after polite conversation he understood our needs and immediately took us to the range of vehicles on our list. After a short viewing we settled on a vehicle and proceeded with closing the purchase. We would recommend Christian to anyone visiting Fair Oaks Ford, he has a good understanding and basically sticks to the customers requirements.
