In fact, I was drawn to Curry because of reviews Ms. Gao had received. I wasn't disappointed. She was topnotched throughout the process. NEVER any pressure on her part. She LISTENED to what I said, answered all my questions. She was fair and reasonable. I have purchased many cars over the decades and this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. For months prior to my purchase I had contacted several dealerships closer to my home in an effort to buy a red Ridgeline BE. They didn't have one and they made no effort to get one. They never answered the questions I had even though I asked them repeatedly. Instead, they tried to sell me something they had but I did not want and at a price I was not willing to pay. When I grew tired of this, I researched dealerrater.com and found Ms. Gao at Curry. I'm so glad I did. It was worth the ex̌tra miles. Although Curry didn't have the vehicle I wanted when I called, Ms. Gao found one in just one day. Awesome, she was just awesome!

In Town from Trion when cars warning screen gave oil maintenance required soon. Found Butler Toyota as nearest Toyota dealership. Called the up at about 7:30 AM asked if they could fit my Prius in for a Oil Lube, filter change, and tire rotation. Was told bring it on down. Service Department got finished in about an hour while I had a great complimentary cup of coffee. Adviser explained all details of Service before I left the dealership. Good service and friendly staff.

Very pleased with the transaction with a few noted exceptions... recommend if the salesperson cannot answer a question on the vehicle that he find an answer rather than just stating he doesn't know. Also had me initial off that I was shown service area explaining he would do it after we finished but he did not. Just too much shooting from the hip. Lastly the finance department Mr Kim... was somewhat insulting when I told him I didn't need the added items services stating WOW, just Wow. Frankly Mr Kims comments will keep my from buying another vehicle from Shottenkirk. Other than that it was a solid transaction.
