Louis answered my call in regards to buying a Bronco while I am from out of state. Very receptive to my specific specs for a blue Heritage. Negotiated a deal over phone, texts, and email. I drove 600 while I am from out of state. Very receptive to my specific specs for a blue Heritage. Negotiated a deal over phone, texts, and email. I drove 600 plus miles the following day and traded in my Explorer and took delivery of the Bronco. No hidden fees or sudden buy changes certain dealers try to do. Bronco was prepped and ready to go. Signed a few papers with Louis and finance team, screwed on temp tags, took some fun videos for social media and I was on my way home to North Carolina. Very good experience all around with the Jim Ellis Team. More

While I have had difficult experiences purchasing vehicles in the past, my recent visit was one of the best I have had since I began buying cars in the 1970s. After searching multiple Ford dealers online for a two-wheel drive F-150, I found two identically configured Lariats at your dealership. Despite my initial hesitation about making the drive from Cumming, the positive reviews I read led me to reach out to Louis Thompson. Louis entered my information into the system and, due to his previous appointments, introduced me to Jay Wiggins. Jay handled the rest of the process seamlessly. In addition to the excellent service from Louis and Jay, I would also like to commend Mick, the New Car Manager, and Irving Ryes for their involvement.
