That conversation ultimately led us to purchasing a brand-new 2026 Mercedes-Benz with zero miles, and we couldn’t be more excited! Melissa was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She always answered my calls, responded to my questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. When I mentioned that I had an online meeting scheduled, Tony immediately accommodated me by arranging for me to use the Customer/Guest Office Room. Having a quiet, private space allowed me to attend my meeting without interruption and was greatly appreciated.
