I recently purchased my new 2027 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 - debbie

I recently purchased my new 2027 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 from RBM of Atlanta, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience working with Taylor Key! From my very first email asking whether the dealership would be receiving this model, Taylor was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. He handled my order and kept me informed every step of the way. What impressed me most was his outstanding communication. I never had to wonder what was happening because Taylor consistently followed up and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. When I arrived to pick up my new Mercedes, Taylor had everything organized and the right people ready to help with the paperwork and familiarize me with all the features of my new car. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and enjoyable. Taylor truly understands the importance of customer service and follow-through. I would highly recommend Taylor Key to anyone considering purchasing a Mercedes-Benz from RBM of Atlanta. He did a wonderful job from beginning to end!

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 - Gabriel Liranzo

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.
