Spent $1K on a new key fob. When I got home, key did not seem to work. Went back to dealer and they tell me that the new keys don't have auto start. Took them 2 hrs to tell me (with an appt). They wouldn't let me return it, so basically I wasted $1,000 and half a day, not including first visit. Not happy at all. More

I called Michael Stokes of Mercedes Benz of Buckhead (Group 1 Auto) at 8pm and he answered the phone. He was already at home and took the time to listen to my automotive needs. When I heard his confidence in being able to work within my budget I knew we were going to be able to reach an agreement. He provided me a transparent quote with no hidden fees and no games. True professional at his craft. Locked in the quote and I met with him that same day to pick up the car. We need more salesmen in this world like him, making the process smooth. He needs to be leading trainings, he humanizes the dealership and his optimism is exactly what brings people in the door. He is an asset to the dealership 1000%. I drove over 330 miles to pick up this vehicle and when i’m in the market again in 1 year and 9 months I will look at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead as my first option. More
