I only had one remote and asked for a second but was told I would have to purchase it. I called a friend of mine at another CJDR store and within 3 days he sent me one a no charge. I tried to get it programe I would have to purchase it. I called a friend of mine at another CJDR store and within 3 days he sent me one a no charge. I tried to get it programed at Jimmy Britt but you wanted $119 dollars to do it. I'll have it done at one of the lock and key services. More

Tires have dry rot and splitting starting and it was a certified used. I made my concerns clear and they felt the tires were fine but I still disagree to each their own not going to lose sleep over it. T certified used. The truck also had an alignment issue and not yet had the used car inspection done. I made my concern clear and they said they fixed it and found issues with the alignment but when I left the dealer the steering wheel was still cocked to the right when driving straight and straightening the wheel made it pull left. I asked for the alignment report to be emailed and have not received it. I spent 4 hours there just to leave with an oil change, inspection and new wipers. If they did do an alignment they need to send that tech back to training. More
