The only trouble I had was trying to get a hold of someone in service to get them installed. The first time I was transferred from parts and sat on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered. The following day I called and was on hold for 20 minutes before I had to hang up. The next day Friday I was on hold for 20 minutes again before I hung up and called back and asked for a service advisor. I finally was connected with someone to have an appointment set for Tuesday the following week. If it wasn’t for the service department I would have given a 100%. More
