We came to Jackson Acura after several visits to other dealerships in the area. Over the years we have come to expect less and less service from dealers who are just looking to make a sale. We emailed ahead to request a test drive and verify the vehicle was there. When we drove on the lot, the car was sitting in the shade waiting for us. It had been detailed and prepped for our test drive. Then we met CM, our sales advisor. He was genuinely interested in our wants and needs and listened to understand. He did not rattle on about the all the features in the car, but he did ask questions to help us find the right car. The entire process of working with CM to find the right car, then working out a deal and finalizing that deal with Dmitri was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. There was no stress to make a decision, we were given time to consider all the options and then to return to the dealership. After we bought the car, CM suggested we spend some time with Bob, to learn about the car and all the features. Bob talked with us for two hours in the car, staying an hour later than his shift on a Saturday evening, just to make sure we felt comfortable in the car.
