Barely one year into my lease and two components A/C have failed on the car. Parts are on back order for over a month, service advisor tells me I have to drive with no A/C. I refuse to accept this, they prom failed on the car. Parts are on back order for over a month, service advisor tells me I have to drive with no A/C. I refuse to accept this, they promised me a loner, 2 weeks in 95 degree heat go by and they stopped returning my calls. Service Manager not responsive until I complained to corporate Acura. Then, magically, a loaner became available and everyone was suddenly so helpful. Hopeful for a better future experience, but incredibly disappointed in the service side of Jackson Acura. so far.
