They were very responsive to my needs - I live in Auburn, AL and they come pick up and return my car for me at no charge - this is a huge advantage since I work full-time. We have two Mercedes service vans and they are extremely important for conducting our business. We had to wait over 6 weeks to have a warranty issue addressed by this service center. There is no way I can o important for conducting our business. We had to wait over 6 weeks to have a warranty issue addressed by this service center. There is no way I can operate my business having to wait that long to get a van back. I don’t understand how it would take so long. Either the service center doesn’t have enough techs of the service model needs to be replaced with a more efficient one. I should have asked about how long it would take to get service done on the vans. I would have never purchased these vans if I was told that we would have to be with a service van for 6 weeks. More
