Eventually, I decided to trade in my old car and the dealership came up with a genuinely good deal to accomplish that. However, before that time I would go weeks on end with no contact from the service department, despite following up as many as ten times. I think Gary is trying to change the culture in the service department and it improved a lot following his arrival. I am also very appreciative of the trade in deal. But I must dock a star for the unacceptable customer service early on. More

Volvo is known for attention to detail. Dyer is not at that level. I had a tire go flat and they didn't feel the need to at least check it for damage or a hole.
