My engine light came on in my 23 Ram 3500 at 17500 miles I was in Georgia when engine light came on, had to drive back home to Homestead. Once home I went to Spitzer Dodge to see my service advisor George Pino. He scanned truck and let me know what needed to be done. I explained I needed truck in 3 days, he made no promises, only that he would do his best. Lo and behold my truck was repaired in the time frame needed and all was covered by warranty. I believe he is now Fleet Service Manager, however I still call him for any service needs. Brian is the most honest and trustworthy service person I have ever worked with. He was also a great help to me in buying a car from the dealership. I have moved out of state but return for visits and will go out of my way to schedule service on one of my cars while in town. The team was different and so was the service. They were a little loud and playful with each other, but productive. The time waiting was not that long they jumped right on the job. I would like to see a little more friendly customer service upon arrival. I drove in and stood there for about 10 minutes m, efore anyone greeted me. They just went about their morning then finally another young man came out and ask had I been help. I thanked him for acknowleging me, also if I am sitting in the waiting area I do not care to hear them using profanity in the building where the computers are. I love coming to this location, I travel from St John's Town Center just to frequent this location. I have other dealerships closer, but this is where I enjoy coming for the service received in the past. With that being said I would like to continue coming here if customer service m, and quality is a priority. Thank you.
