Nowhere in the process of buying my car from out of state was I explained that a third party takes control of the paperwork for registration and titling and that it might take 7-8 weeks for plates to actuall was I explained that a third party takes control of the paperwork for registration and titling and that it might take 7-8 weeks for plates to actually arrive to me like mine did. During that time, finance was difficult to reach and did not return my messages. Had I known what was happening from the beginning, the wait itself wouldn't have been stressful. I don't care that it took 7–8 weeks, I care that no one explained how the process works for a first-time out-of-state buyer and that no one behind that finance voicemail ever got back to me once I got concerned. All that silence with no updates or status left me wondering whether everything was actually progressing as it should, which ultimately it was. Entire process should be made clear from the start, and who exactly to contact with concerns should also be made clear. I value peace of mind. Sale and transport were otherwise handled well for me by Larry and Chris, price was perfectly acceptable, and the car itself is fantastic. More
