Was really expecting the "dealer drill" with back & forth negotiations between sales and management (as I've experienced in Mazda and another Acura dealerships), tucked away high "unexpected" fees in the final sales document (as I've seen in another Acura dealership) and the "hard sell" at closing at a price point you didn't want to go to. Acura at Pembroke Pines was the absolute opposite. Friendly (not the "plastic kind"), honest, straight forward and an easy to work with team. I'm an "educated consumer", and their prices are where they should be at "the get go" and if needed they will try to work with you to make it happen with NO high-pressure sales tactics. Incredibly, they also had my certified vehicle worked on and prepared with "detailing", new brakes, tires, oil, filters, etc. the next day w/o my asking for that timetable.... and there was no debate about leaving "wear & tear" items not covered under the warrantee unchanged bc they would last the two years. They just changed it and gave me the equivalent of a "new" car. Shout out to Sean Bradford in sales and Scott Ticker in management, the two of whom I spent most of my time with for being so incredibly nice and making the journey easy and pleasant. In addition, Jorge in Finance was very pleasant and easy to work.
