For a standard oil change / maintenance visit, the service was good however it is very noticeable that the personal touch has been replaced by texts. I was presented with the inspection results by tex service was good however it is very noticeable that the personal touch has been replaced by texts. I was presented with the inspection results by text and asked to approve / disapprove various items in response. I approved filters but declined two new tires. I was prepared for four new tires but not without discussion of what they might be. That opportunity was not presented so I didn’t ask. Costco will likely get the business. More
