I was warmly welcomed and provided with very professional and caring support and service related to my desire to purchase a Prius upon purchase of the car. Gil was enormously helpful and very, very patient in helping me understand the set up of the electronics. Each and every person I met at the dealership or worked with including Danny, the sales manager and Jesus and especially Gil made this experience overwhelmingly positive. Jada, Michaela and George couldn't have been more helpful when I had my 2019 Tuscon towed to the dealership. I'm a picky customer and ask for a lot. Not only did my knock sensor go limp, I had regular servicing scheduled plus needed several repairs. Brakes & rotors fixed, flushing systems and new tires. The bill added up and I asked for a discount, which was immediately granted. That didn't stop me from asking for coupons to be honored, which I knew was a reach... Staff is very professional, courteous and tries to give you what you ask for.

I have purchased multiple vehicles here in the past, and my experiences continue to be very positive. Going from a work from home job to having to drive to an office put a change on my vehicle needs so I went in to explore if getting into an EV Silverado was feasible (from a 2500 I also got there). I worked with Joe Wolfer, whom I've worked with in the past and very closely with the new GM Ben, and the Managing Partner/Owner Bobbie Stevens. I can't speak highly enough of all of them; they made sure I got into what I wanted to, in my budget and provided yet another excellent buying experience. The staff here is very easy to talk to, not pushy at all, and genuinely want to make the experience as great as they can for their customers. I have also had great experiences with their parts and service department (kudos to Josh and Devin!). I'd recommend Chevrolet of Middletown (formerly Key Chevrolet) to anyone looking for a new vehicle and ask for Joe! On that note, I'd also highly recommend the Silverado EV; this truck is a beast; super comfortable, quiet ride, fast and fun to drive and all while able to do "pickup" things!

Joanne - and everyone we have met at Brandfon Honda have always been willing to listen and if we are concerned or do not understand something, they take the time to explain it. On our most recent service visit, we had a complaint about our windshield wipers. They not only checked every feature, they explained why the wipers work the way they do. I trust this dealership to listen and to respond to my needs. I'm looking forward to learning about the Honda Civic hybrid, which I understand is now available.
