He asked me what I Wanted in an F150 and I told him my requirements. Luck would have it the truck was on the lot. John is friendly, Courteous, knowledgeable and professional and never once tried to push me into purchasing something I didn’t want . When it came to my trade-in he was spot on according to Kelly’s blue book .You should be proud of having him on your staff. On our most recent service visit, we had a complaint about our windshield wipers. They not only checked every feature, they explained why the wipers work the way they do. I got my 2021 palisade from here, ive drivin it mabey 20 times since i got it in February 2024,certified pre owned, and yet i needed an oil change 2 months after i got it , now December 2024 in the same year ive owned it for 10 months, less then a year and the check engine light came on, i took it in and they told me spark plugs are bad. I spoke to the sales mgr,who then spoke to the service mgr, and worked it all out.the sales mgr took on the expense of the spark plugs, im so pleased with how the sales and service department worked together and helped me.
