It was a very nice experience dealing with someone as competent and knowledgeable as Mr. Hamzy. Since I just picked my new Camry, I can’t speak to the speak from experience about the service dept., but if they are like Mr. Hamzy, I’m sure it will be just a pleasant.

I must say Rachel was as pleasant and patient in person as she was the previous Friday on the phone and I believe I called 3 times to change the appointment and not 1 time did she get annoyed! Frank and James kept me informed each time I've brought my truck [2023 Denali] in for service and the recent GMC software recall. Additionally, Scranton's service department personnel have continued to work with me regarding the resolution of the radio/google problems - which is frustrating to a long time GMC owner.

He asked me what I Wanted in an F150 and I told him my requirements. Luck would have it the truck was on the lot. John is friendly, Courteous, knowledgeable and professional and never once tried to push me into purchasing something I didn’t want . When it came to my trade-in he was spot on according to Kelly’s blue book .You should be proud of having him on your staff.
