I scheduled an oil change and arrived day early to do a meet and greet with Service Department personnel. I asked if any other service was need and I was told that a tire rotation was needed as well. I asked how much both would cost and I was told that the pre-tax cost was $99.95. I asked if there were any discounts available and I was told that no other discounts were available by the service advisor. Subsequently, I found a service special on the dealership website offering the oil change and tire rotation service for $69.95. The service advisor I was speaking with had been employed by the dealership for 3 years and the service special for oil change and tire rotation was on the dealership website for a week. I don't trust the Service Department to be fair and honest. More

Through each step of the way, Nelda took the time to explain all the financials, insurance, and registration information. Franklin also helped explain any warrantee and extra options as I was signing all the paperwork- again, taking an approach that didn’t make me feel overwhelmed or pressured.
