My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep. I thought I wasn’t going to qualify for another loan because I had a loan on my previous car that broke down but they managed to combine my loan with the lease and I drove off the lot with a 2024 dodge hornet. I’m glad that we formed this relationship and look forward to working with them over the next few years.

He listened to what I wanted and I ended up with a better, newer Jeep than what I was finding elsewhere. What an absolute pleasure and joy, spending time at this dealership. Rolando together with his manager Jordan made is very easy, and stress free too come to a great deal beforehand. There was no back-and-forth for hours on end, nope it was so pleasant, we had already worked out the numbers, and only needed to look over the new vehicle, and run credit before sitting with the finance person. About 2 hours in and out, a lot of heartfelt laughter and just a good experience. The dealership is a nice and clean place, with some great tunes playing out over the speakers both inside and outside. Thank you for the great service, and super pleasant experience.

Thursday, April 11 I took my Mercedes Sprinter to this dealer. My sliding side door was stuck and Mercedes recommended that I try them. I met Matt Smith, Sales Consultant. When I asked him where the service department was and told him about my horrible day he began to walk me over to the Service area. He asked if he could look at the issue and see if he could give it a try to fix it. And....he did look at it and fix it!!!!!!! Yes. He was my savior for the day.
