I did not go to the AutoNation service center in Roseville. I went to the Ram truck service center on industrial Avenue in Roseville that Kolin bloom manages. He manages the satellite facility that primarily does Ram trucks and vans and has taken personal ownership in how the service center works and puts in long, dedicated hours. It's unfortunate that the number of vehicles he has in the storage lot is so high due to a lack of parts support from the manufacturer. That's really unfair to the customers who don't get their vehicles back in any timely fashion. But if he has the parts he does a great job with only six technicians. He needs to be complimented. More

They were fast enough, but even though I was required to make an appointment, after I showed up for the appointment that I made, I was told that they work might not be completed for two days. What is the point of making an appointment if it does nothing to ensure you get your vehicle fixed in a timely manner? Further, the days of a large dealership actually caring about their customers is over, as they will not give you a loaner. The line staff is great and the maintainers seem knowledgeable, but their management are just as greedy and anti-customer service as you would expect now days. More
