We called and described our mechanical problem and were asked when we could bring the vehicle in. We said Tuesday afternoon and we're told that would be fine. After several days, we called and found that no one had looked at the vehicle. We were assured that they would get to our Jeep soon. Ultimately, it was a week after we brought the vehicle in that a mechanic first looked at it. When we asked Jack why we weren't informed when we originally brought the vehicle in that the delay would be lengthy, he said that they are a small dealership with only four mechanics. The fact that they have four mechanics and too much business does not relieve them of the obligation to explain to the customer that there will be a lengthy delay before even looking at the vehicle. Moreover, when we asked Jack why he didn't tell us there would be a long delay so that we could have brought the vehicle in later, he said he wasn't aware at that time that there was going to be a delay. Who is managing the service department? Who is doing the scheduling? Who is doing the hiring? I've never had service this poor from any dealer of any brand at any location in the more than 50 years I've taken my cars to dealers for repair and maintenance. Unbelievably bad service and no real acknowledgment from Jack that letting the vehicle sit for a week before looking at it was anything that warranted an apology or even constituted bad service. Will never return to the dealership again. More
Do not mark up their vehicles, they give you time to explore all car features to ensure that is the vehicle for you! I had two cars serviced here in 2 days. I would highly recommend them as their service is exceptional. Their prices are really good and the quality of the parts for our out rate anywhere el I would highly recommend them as their service is exceptional. This is purely for the lady that works in the service payment department. She makes the whole experience uncomfortable. She hates her job, makes you feel like you did something wrong. The way she speaks to the customer is in a tone of annoyance, rudeness and dismissive. The next time I have to go there (which is soon), I wish someone else was there to handle the payment process and car rental process. You should really think about training her in customer service skills. More
