I bought my first Acura from this dealership right after college, and had great memory, so I decided to try again. I recently had the pleasure of working with Christine Brown at Marin Acura, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. She had a deep knowledge of the various model I was interested in, and was able to explain the difference in features. she was honest and straightforward, and made me very comfortable throughout the process. Jean-Pierre was also ease to work with on my paperwork, he was upfront about pricing, additional cost, and financing options, I didn't feel any pressure about him trying to upsell anything that I didn't need. I highly recommend Christine's service and this dealership.

I really like this place. Look for the boat. The Manger or owner, what ever he was, I guess he is the head guy and he was closing and I was just driving by and he let me and my girlfriend in and talked to us for like 20 minutes on a Sunday night. I don't like car dealers but this place is different I think. I mean, who does that on a Sunday for someone that isn't even ready to buy a car?

My wife was looking for an Audi and we decided to go to Riverside Audi. We met with Romen Artalejo, who was very easy going and we immediately felt comfortable with him. He made us feel like he wasn’t concerned with “making the deal” but rather; what was the best car for my wife. He was transparent, and a true professional. We met with the manager, “Kevin” who again, was truly a pleasure to deal with. He was fair on the trade in price of the vehicle we brought in and you could tell that he and Romen work well together. Once we found a car, we met with AJ in finance. Again, he wasn’t pushy about the warranty packages but rather, what would be best for us. The whole experience from beginning to end was positive and I truly appreciated being treated with respect, kindness and dignity. It was a pleasure working with everyone involved!

An amazing experience for a warranty repair. Taking over 2 years of waiting for parts availability due to the large number of vehicles involved (over 15 million units) I thought I'd been forgotten. But once the mailer arrived, I called Goudy, and they set me up for a 2 business day later appointment. While there, another warranty item came up and could be serviced the same day. The waiting area is clean, safe, and easy to work in, with free WiFi, complimentary beverages and accessible restrooms nearby. The service manager kept me updated on their progress, and service was completed ahead of schedule, and all covered by warranty even after 5 years. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and this was definitely a best of industry experience.

Went to check the battery of the vehicle recently purchased. It too loo tong, in my opinion, to see if replacing battery was needed. It took bit longer than I expected to check the battery and in the end I had to ask for the ETA of the service. After the battery was replaced, when asked about the life of the battery, answer I got was they don’t know and that I should ask Service Supervisor who brought me to the new location. Had to go to the old location to get the answer.

Worst Customer Experience I have ever had at Ventura Toyota. Our family has a long history/record with purchases with this specific dealership. This incident occurred exactly a week ago today on Saturday, November 9th. Jennifer gave me a rude and unprofessional response on why my vehicle was taking almost 3 hours for a rotation and multi-point inspection. Another client before me was also anxious and went up to Jennifer to ask why their vehicle was just parked outside. She told me that she was not in charge of the scheduling staff on Saturday. She also demanded that I sit at the lobby even though I was being assisted at that time. I let her know that I will never be assisted by her again and I will schedule an appointment with Carlo Mata who has always been amazing. I will be filing a complaint with her supervisor Richard Newman and expect him to contact me.
