From the moment we placed our order, he was super communicative — constantly keeping us updated while the vehicle was being built and during delivery. His friendliness and easygoing personality made the whole process stress-free; I felt completely comfortable talking with him, unlike many other salespeople I’ve dealt with in the past. He was also very transparent about pricing and options, and genuinely worked to get us an amazing deal. I never felt pressured — just supported and informed every step of the way.
