Every time I go to Fremont Toyota for my service, I always look for Maria. I had service from other managers in Fremont but did not offer me the best service. Maria made sure that I receive all the ser always look for Maria. I had service from other managers in Fremont but did not offer me the best service. Maria made sure that I receive all the service that I need and exceeded beyond that. I went for my service on a Saturday and also asked to check my A/C since I think it is acting weird. Even though it is a busy day, she made sure a technician checked my vehicle and was able to diagnose and let me know that my A/C is working well and nothing should be concerned of. On top of that, she is the only one who is offering the free carwash service. I highly recommend Maria and will definitely look for her again for my next appointment. More

I had an appointment at 7:40 AM for car maintenance. I arrived on time, and the staff told me it would take one to one-and-a-half hours and to wait for a call. Two hours passed; I could see my car looke I arrived on time, and the staff told me it would take one to one-and-a-half hours and to wait for a call. Two hours passed; I could see my car looked finished, so I asked the staff if I could take it. They refused, insisting I wait for the call. I watched my car just sitting there while I waited another hour, yet still received no call. Finally, I went back to the staff and pointed out that three hours had already gone by, asking if I could take my car. Only then did they go to get the keys. I was absolutely speechless. More
