We had a very pleasant experience, purchasing a used car from Fremont Toyota. The dealership is customer oriented and not a high-pressure sales environment. Ken Costa was the person that was helping us and from Fremont Toyota. The dealership is customer oriented and not a high-pressure sales environment. Ken Costa was the person that was helping us and was amazing. He was ready for our appointment right when I walked in the door he had the car ready for us to take a test drive and made the whole process very seamless. I would definitely go back to Fremont Toyota and in fact when I’m looking for a car for my other child, I will be calling up Ken! More

I had gone to a different location and was very disappointed ,the customer service at Fremont Toyota was AMAZING. From my first interaction , with Maria I was given so much information, and had ALL disappointed ,the customer service at Fremont Toyota was AMAZING. From my first interaction , with Maria I was given so much information, and had ALL of my questions answered. provided an uber ride for me since my car had to be worked on for a few days. Amazing!! I can't say enough wonderful things about this location. Especially the staff!! She is just such a sweet and genuine person!! She was so knowledgeable, kind. Her customer service is top tier!! I left extremely happy, I will ONLY be taking my car to Fremont Toyota from now on! More
