I called Fremont Toyota and spoke with Matt, the Sales Manager and a Hawaiian-born local who radiates genuine Aloha spirit. I explained my situation and urgency, and he personally arranged for Mason, a newer salesman, to come pick me up at my house. I'll admit—I was skeptical about someone new handling my situation, but Mason proved himself instantly. Despite being new to the lot, he's clearly a knowledgeable car guy who knows vehicles inside and out. He listened carefully, asked the right questions, and took complete ownership of my situation. Then there's Darion, the financial wizard who got me approved for a fantastic used SUV that exceeded my expectations. The entire team at Fremont Toyota is professional, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond.
